“Information relative to article 13 of legislative decree No. 196 dated 30 June 2003
In compliance with legislative decree No. 196/3, known as “Code of protection of personal data”, Therabel GiEnne Phrama, with registered office in Via Larenteggio 270 A, I – 20152 Milan, Italy (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), in its capacity as “Holder” of the processing procedure, is to provide information regarding the use of personal data.
1. Source and nature of personal data
Personal data owned by the Company have been voluntary disclosed by means of data entered into forms on our web site.
All personal data are processed in compliance with legislative decree No. 196/03 and with the obligation to treat such data as confidential that has always inspired the work carried out by our Company.
The Company does not process sensitive data.
2. Purposes of data processing procedure
Personal data are processed as part of the Company’s normal activities and for the following purposes :
a. purposes relative to the obligations established by law, regulations and European Union standards as well as provisions established by authorities legitimised by the law and by controlling and supervisory bodies;
b. purposes strictly connected to and necessary for managing potential business relations that may be established through our web site;
You do not have to supply the data required for pursuing the purposes indicated in the previous points. However, your refusal to supply such data may prevent us from establishing the relative business relation.
3. Data processing method
In relation to the aforementioned purposes, your personal data will be processed on paper, by computerized and telematic means with logic strictly connected to the purposes themselves and in any case, always able to guarantee that the data themselves remain confidential and secure.
4. Parties liable to have access to personal data
Therabel GiEnne Pharma’s staff members responsible for relative administrative and computerized management activities are liable to access your personal data as may staff members responsible for carrying out activities that lead to your involvement in one of the purposes indicated in this statement.
5. Rights provided for in article 7
We also inform you that article 7 of the Decree allows you to exercise specific rights. In particular, you may obtain confirmation from the Holder as to whether your personal data exist or not and that these data are made available in an intelligible form. You may also ask about the origin of such data, the logic and purposes on which the relative processing procedure is based, that data be deleted, converted into an anonymous form or blocked if the data have been processed in violation of the law. Moreover, you may have your data updated, corrected or integrated if required and you may object, for legitimate reasons, to having your data processed.”
