I started my career in the pharmaceutical market in 1982 making many experiences which allowed me to know this business from different perspectives.
From direct selling in pharmacy to strategic marketing, from commercial services aimed at maximizing the operational efficiency to the business development, from the management of field-forces dealing with prescription drugs, OTC and hospital products to the relationship with institutional stakeholders.

I worked in many local and international companies acquiring more and more responsibilities. My latest experiences were in Pharmacia, from 1998 to 2003, and in Amgen, where I spent seven years in biotechnologies in oncological and nefrological areas.
Respect of people, passion, business orientation, team working, commitment and operational excellence have supported my professional development always based on a strong willingness “to do”.
In Therabel philosophy and values I found a particular affinity with my personal belief and I am now fully devoted to support the company success and growth.
