Human relationships have always been at the forefront of my career. And they are still the priority today. Each company or association is a synergy of human strength. The manager is like a coach who needs to create the right environment and conditions in order to motivate his or her team to the maximum degree. It is our women and men who make all the difference, and due to their dynamism, creativity and team spirit, they will continue to help us achieve our mission to provide the medical profession and patients with original and innovative pharmaceutical products.
